Witht he innocenc of a young child in the body of a fighter, this chef full of contrasts defends every day in his kitchen his Michelin stars and his ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ distinction.His sun-filled cuisine is just, balanced, full of finesse and emotions. It overwhelms and even shocks you, just like he can. Gilles Goujon is a hard worker, a force of life and of nature.
