At boco, while watching his television show on France 2, it did not take us long to figure out who would be “the next great pastry chef”. We knew straight away it was Philippe Urraca.

This great pastry chef and chocolatier is above all a gourmet icon of the South-West. Born in the Gers, he started his career following in his father’s footsteps and opened his first boutique in Gimont. Philippe climbed the ladder and became President of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Patissiers.

He knows all the pastry and chocolate techniques like the back of his hand, and he is a wonderful addition to boco, for which he creates desserts just like he would in his own boutiques Profiterole Chérie in Paris and La Compagnie des Desserts.
